Q) Do you Direct Bill Insurance?
A) Yes, we can direct bill most insurances. Direct Billing (also called assignment) is something that is offered by your dental insurance coverage. Since not all dental insurance plans are the same we recommend that you check with your insurance plan to see if they accept direct billing. Most dental plans cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. The dental fees billed at 16TH AVENUE DENTAL for our services are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients, whether you have dental insurance or not. Your particular policy may cover treatments and services at a fixed fee schedule, which typically does not coincide with our usual fees. In these cases, here the difference in fees not covered by your insurance company becomes your responsibility to pay and will be invoiced to you once we receive payment from your dental plan.
Q) Are You Accepting New Patients?
A) 16TH AVENUE DENTAL is always accepting new patients without the need for a referral. Dr. My Le

Q) Do You Offer Any Special Student Discounts?
A) Yes, we do! If you are a current full-time student at SAIT, ACAD, University of Calgary (Graduate Program), University of Alberta, Mount Royal University, Bow Valley University, Athabasca University, or Olds University, and as long as you have the student dental plan, we do offer a discount. Call us today, and we can provide you with more details.
Q) What are Your Hours of Operation?
A) In order to accommodate your family, we offer convenient hours. Our hours are as follows:
Monday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturdays: By Appointment
Q) What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A) At 16TH AVENUE DENTAL, we require payment for both your estimated or exact patient portion on the day of service. For your convenience, we offer several payment options:
